We understand last minute things come up that may affect your scheduled appointment, but in order to preserve my schedule and maintain my standard of work, Studio 92 requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hour notice is appreciated). In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so via Vagaro. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of the service(s) booked. No-call no-shows will result in a 100% charge of service(s) booked. The cancellation or no-show fee payment is required prior to re-booking an appointment.
